Job description

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic EYFS Practitioner to join a welcoming early years setting in Northolt on a full-time, long-term basis from January 2026. This role is ideal for a committed practitioner who is passionate about supporting young children during the crucial early stages of their development.

About the role

As an EYFS Practitioner, you will support teaching and learning within the Early Years Foundation Stage, working closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team. You will help deliver high-quality, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework, support children’s development across all areas of learning, and contribute to a nurturing and engaging classroom environment.

EYFS Practitioner Level 3 (Long-Term, Full-Time)

Start Date: January 2026

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of EYFS learning activities
  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and welcoming classroom environment

  • Working effectively as part of the EYFS and wider school team
  • Following safeguarding, health, and safety policies at all times

Requirements
