A friendly and supportive primary school in Waddesdon is seeking a passionate and experienced EYFS Practitioner to join their Early Years team from January 2026. Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and delivery of high-quality EYFS provision in line with the Early Years Framework

  • Lead small group and 1:1 activities to encourage language, social, and motor development

  • Observe and assess children s progress; contribute to learning journals and parent reports

  • Create an inclusive and engaging learning environment that encourages independence and curiosity

  • Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to meet individual child needs

  • Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing through supportive and caring interactions

Ideal Candidate
  • Holds a relevant EYFS qualification (Level 3 or above), or has equivalent experience in an Early Years setting

  • Has a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development

  • Demonstrates excellent communication, creativity, and organisational skills
