A friendly and supportive primary school in Waddesdon is seeking a passionate and experienced EYFS Practitioner to join their Early Years team from January 2026. Support the planning and delivery of high-quality EYFS provision in line with the Early Years Framework
Lead small group and 1:1 activities to encourage language, social, and motor development
Observe and assess children s progress; contribute to learning journals and parent reports
Create an inclusive and engaging learning environment that encourages independence and curiosity
Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to meet individual child needs
Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing through supportive and caring interactions
Holds a relevant EYFS qualification (Level 3 or above), or has equivalent experience in an Early Years setting
Has a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
Demonstrates excellent communication, creativity, and organisational skills
Shows a caring and patient nature, with a genuine passion for early childhood education
Is committed to safeguarding and ongoing professional development
