Responsibilities

Export Sales Administrator
Location: London
Salary: up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience

The role: You will be assisting with the administration of export orders, including all documentation and liaison with warehouses

Main Duties
  • Process customer orders accurately and within required timeframes
  • Liaise with warehouse to ensure required stock is available and advise on any delays
  • Coordinating with transport companies to arrange shipments
  • Preparing required shipping documentation for EU, Irish, and overseas deliveries
  • Follow up on orders through to full completion
  • Respond to general business enquiries via email and phone
  • Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
  • Liaising with export customers and transport companies
  • Assisting with general office administration
