Our client is an established manufacturing company in West Yorkshire, and we are working exclusively with them to add a dedicated Export Coordinator to join their close-knit team. This is a rare opportunity to become part of a fantastic small but successful team. The Role

Your main purpose will be to support the sales team by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining regular communication with clients and the wider team.

Your key duties will include:
  • Acting as a key contact for assigned international clients.
  • Processing new customer orders and issuing invoices/credit notes accurately.
  • Creating new products in the system and processing essential export documentation.
  • Attending weekly production meetings to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
  • Providing complete customer service and building strong, lasting relationships.
The Person

To be considered, it is essential that you have a proven record of providing exceptional customer service, be an excellent communicator with the ability to liaise with people at all levels, and have a high attention to detail.

The right person for the team will also be:
  • A true team player.
  • Experienced in a customer service or administrative role (export experience is beneficial but not essential - full training will be provided).
  • Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise competing tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledgeable of international export documents (an advantage, but not essential).
