Job summary

A well-established manufacturer in King's Lynn is seeking an Export Coordinator to support day-to-day Sales Administration and handle export queries. The ideal candidate will be fluent in a European language in addition to English, possess excellent attention to detail, and have experience in a B2B environment. Responsibilities
  • Export Coordinator

  • At commutable distance from Peterborough, Norwich, Cambridge
  • Ref: 5502M
  • To support for the day to day Sales Administration with export queries
  • Ensure all the necessary office-based administration and support is provided
  • Answer telephone calls, emails from customers & dealers
  • Process all call/email related documentation & general office administration
  • Prepare both equipment and spare parts quotations
  • Handle all enquiries, liaising with all areas of the business and third-party suppliers.
  • Receive, process and ship both equipment and spares orders in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Coordinate warranty & service calls through existing service partner network.
Candidate's Profile
  • Fluent in a European language in addition to English (oral & written) for example languages such as: French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Czech, Hungarian, Croatian, Serbian, Polish, Romanian, Bulgarian, Slovak, Greek, Lithuanian, Latvian, Estonian, Slovenian, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian
