The Expert Flight Training Courseware Specialist will be a Flight Training Development Subject Matter Expert or Instructor Training Development Subject Matter Expert (Any Boeing Type), who will operate as EASA Lead, responsible for development, sustainment, and compliance of all EASA-aligned curriculum. Additional tasks will include preparing briefing/debriefing presentations, lesson plans, and training manuals for type, recurrent, differences, and specialty training for Boeing internal and external customer use.
This Expert Flight Training Courseware Specialist researches, develops, delivers, and evaluates effectiveness of technical training. Included in this role is the opportunity to develop and provide recommendations on training standards and specifications. You will have the opportunity to travel internationally to participate in tryouts of draft training curriculum in simulator devices.
