Overview

Recruitment Consultant – Birmingham Sutton Coldfield. Permanent position. Salary: £27,500 + £30,000 base salary + commission. Fantastic opportunity to join a growing recruitment consultancy.

We are recruiting an experienced recruitment consultant to grow our sales and join our exclusive start-up recruitment business.

Responsibilities
  • Be part of the highest performing sales team in the business, engaging in cold calling, candidate sourcing, business development calls, booking client meetings, and qualifying potential candidates daily.
  • Be highly professional and knowledgeable in your field. Demonstrate the ability to win new business and grow our current client offering.
  • Resourcing and reporting to the business directors, acting as their eyes and ears in the marketplace.
  • Collaborate with consultants and management to ensure revenue and growth targets are met or exceeded.

  • You will be a self-starter, natural overachiever with the determination to succeed.
  • Hungry and ambitious to put in hard work and see results.
  • Resilient, not afraid of rejection; understands that success takes time. Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial flair are in your nature.
  • Comfortable with long working hours; this is not a typical 9-5 role.
