The Role

As an Experienced Property Paralegal, you will provide vital legal support to our clients within our Social Housing Property team.

Specifically, you will work across a broad range of property matters, including sales, acquisitions, leases and shared ownership transactions, applying your skills to support clients across a range of scenarios.

Youll also manage Land Registry applications and requisitions, alongside other property transactions, ensuring every matter is handled efficiently, accurately, and to the highest professional standards.

About You

To be considered as an Experienced Property Paralegal, you will need :

  • Experience of sales, acquisitions, leases, and general property transactions
  • Knowledge of the conveyancing process
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively and independently
