Job description

Our client is a leading Development and Design consultancy, specializing in designing and developing multi-use schemes. Acting as both architect and developer, they have delivered award-winning hospitality and residential projects across London and the UK.

Position: Fully Qualified Architect

Based in West London, they are looking for a fully qualified architect with a minimum of 7 years' experience managing construction projects on-site, with strong project and budget management skills.

1. Extensive experience in executing detailed design during construction.
2. Administration of contracts and ensuring building regulation compliance.
3. Critical appraisal of sub-contract proposals.
4. Project programming, on-site delivery, and quality control.
5. Ensuring design integrity and compliance with regulations.
6. Attention to detail and strong visual awareness.
7. Experience from design development through to managing construction contracts and refurbishment projects.
8. Proven track record in delivering high-quality, large, complex projects with excellent project management skills.
9. Knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction technology, planning policies, and procurement methods.
10. Excellent communication skills (spoken and written English) and organizational abilities.
11. Full working experience with Vectorworks preferred.
