Roles and Responsibilities

• Assisting with feeding and meal preparation
• Supporting with personal care, including showering and dressing
• Administering medications as needed (training can be provided)
• Ensuring a safe environment and being alert to seizure activity
• Providing emotional support and encouragement throughout the day
• Assisting with routine daily activities in the home and community

Qualifications

• Calm, reliable, with good observational skills
• Comfortable with personal care and handling medical needs
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Ability to work independently and follow specific care routines
• First Aid training
