Requirements

• Previous experience in care or support work (home care, hospice, assisted living, or similar).
• A caring attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with medication administration and basic first aid is a plus.
• A full, clean driving licence is essential
• Relevant health and social care qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
