Executries Paralegal – Edinburgh

A well-known national firm in central Edinburgh is seeking to hire an experienced Executries Paralegal to support its Private Client team. The firm has worked hard to create a positive and dynamic environment that encourages you to further develop your skills and legal career.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

Providing a platform for you to create, develop, and maintain client relations, with an emphasis on helping the firm bring in new business as it continues to grow.

  • Providing timely and sound legal support on a range of Executries matters
  • Managing a varied caseload effectively and independently
  • Remaining up to date on the latest developments in the field, including CPD requirements
  • Drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documentation
  • Conducting legal research and investigating facts for each case
  • Liaising with clients and relevant parties
  • Managing client expectations by adopting a proactive approach

Candidate requirements:

Looking for someone with around 3+ years of Private Client experience in Edinburgh.

  • Excellent people skills – confident and capable of working as part of a larger team across multiple locations
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and client service skills
  • Calm under pressure, good organizational skills, and excellent time management – with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
