We are delighted to be searching for an Executive Team Assistant with exceptional EA and research abilities to join a collaborative and non-hierarchical investment management firm based in central London. This medium-sized, approachable organization is set in a village-like pocket of The West End, well connected by transport, and known for its warm culture.

Expect a varied role involving classic EA tasks not limited to but including complex international diary management, global travel arrangements, expense reconciliation, event planning, conference registrations, and offsite logistics. In this firm, your contribution is recognised, your voice is heard, and excellence is both encouraged and rewarded.
