In this role, you'll provide administrative support to senior consultants, assist with candidate documentation, and engage in client research. Marks Sattin’s Executive Search division is growing, and we’re looking for an organised and proactive Executive Search Researcher to join our London team.
This is a progressive opportunity that can evolve in line with your ambitions. You’ll start by providing essential administrative and coordination support to our senior search consultants, ensuring smooth running of assignments, managing candidate documentation, and assisting with client research. As you grow in confidence and experience, there’s plenty of scope to take on more responsibility, from market mapping and candidate sourcing to direct client interaction.
That said, if your strengths lie firmly on the organisational and administrative side, we’re equally happy to shape the role around you.
