Join a high-performing professional environment as an Executive PA, providing seamless operational, administrative, and executive support.

This role offers a diverse mix of office management, personal assistance to senior leadership, and client service for high-net-worth individuals. It requires exceptional organisational skills, a professional demeanour, and the ability to operate with discretion and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Administration:
  • Coordinate and manage daily office operations.
  • Oversee client parking arrangements, meeting venue preparation, and office supplies.
  • Handle incoming calls, courier arrangements, and office equipment management.
  • Liaise with and manage the office cleaner.

Family Office Services:

  • Assist ultra-high-net-worth clients with ad hoc requests (e.g., visa/passport applications, insurance, medical aid, filing systems).
  • Attend client locations for document signing.

Executive Support:

  • Provide diary management for directors and senior management.
  • Arrange travel itineraries, including flights and accommodation.
  • Schedule monthly client meetings.
  • Handle ad hoc personal requests (e.g., car servicing, restaurant bookings).

Client Administration:

  • Prepare and prepopulate account-opening documentation.

Requirements:

  • English as a first language with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Minimum 15 years’ experience in a professional environment.
  • Strong MS Office and Excel skills.
  • Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
  • Clear credit and criminal record.
  • Previous experience as a PA or administrator for senior management preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure with a proactive, positive attitude.
