Executive Chef – Location: Stanford-le-Hope  •  Employer: DP World  •  Salary: £40,000 per annum  •  Working Pattern: 5 days out of 7

DP World is seeking an experienced and driven Executive Chef to lead culinary operations at our Stanford-le-Hope site. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior chef with strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and a passion for delivering exceptional food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, develop, and deliver innovative menus while maintaining consistently high standards of cooking and presentation
  • Ensure food quality, consistency, and compliance are delivered at all times
  • Lead, manage, and inspire a kitchen team to perform at their best
  • Drive client participation, facilitate client meetings, tastings, and showcases
  • Manage costs, grow sales, and deliver GP in line with budget expectations
  • Maintain excellent food safety, hygiene, and operational standards
About You
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or above
