  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Organise and coordinate events or meetings as required.
  • Assist in project management and follow up on action points.
  • Ensure efficient office operations and manage administrative tasks effectively.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Executive Assistant to SVP should have:

  • Proven experience in a similar executive assistant or secretarial role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
