A leading telecommunications company in London is seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a C-suite executive. The successful candidate will manage complex diaries and travel itineraries, prepare agendas, and streamline email processes. This is a pivotal role acting as the central point of coordination, providing comprehensive secretarial, administrative, and confidential support to a C‑suite executive. You will work both independently and collaboratively, proactively anticipating needs and ensuring the smooth running of the office. The role involves managing diaries, travel, inboxes, and meeting governance, as well as preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence. You will plan ahead for key engagements, lead special projects, and support wider business initiatives, all while optimising workflows and aligning priorities with business outcomes.
Success in this role requires exceptional organisational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to navigate complex structures. You will be a trusted advisor and key contributor to the leadership team, bringing empathy, energy, and outstanding communication skills to a fast‑paced and challenging environment.
