A global non-profit organization is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CEO in London. This role involves complex diary and inbox management, facilitating communication with senior stakeholders, and providing comprehensive meeting support. Candidates should be highly organized with excellent IT skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in a fast-paced environment. The position offers a salary between €39,525 – €59,288 and other benefits including a non-contributory pension and flexible working opportunities.

The EA will use project management skills to oversee all coordination tasks, manage multiple projects and relationships, and be expected to keep track of the progress of all the workstreams that your LT members are across.
Internal stakeholders include: CEO LT and their direct reports, other EAs.
External stakeholders include: senior representatives of other orgs, Board members.
The salary banding for this role is €39,525 – €59,288 per year. 30 days holiday plus bank holidays, generous non‑contributory pension provision, Employee Assistance Programme, life assurance, training and development, flexible working opportunities and other benefits.
Final offer amount depends on multiple factors such as candidate experience and expertise, geographic location, total compensation and market data.
This is a permanent role based at CDP’s London office. Interested applicants must be eligible to work legally in the UK and live within a commutable distance of the London office and be comfortable with 2 days in the office per week. CDP cannot sponsor this role.
