Executive Assistant – South East London, Bromley - £55,000 – Hybrid

A values driven charitable organisation are looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant to provide their CEO with high level administration and organisational support.

As the Executive Assistant (EA) you will manage diaries, meetings, travel, communications, documentation and confidential matters with professionalism, discretion and sound judgement. The role is pivotal in supporting strategic leadership by ensuring priorities are well managed, information is organised, and actions are followed through. This position requires an experienced, highly organised and proactive professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering consistently high standards of support. The role maintains brand standards and quality control across all materials, ensuring alignment with organisational policies, regulatory expectations and the organisations values.

Key responsibilities of this EA role will include:
  • Executive Support and Coordination: Provide day‑to‑day support to the CEO, including diary management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports and presentations as directed, ensuring priorities are managed smoothly.
  • Provide continuity of administrative support during periods of CEO absence, ensuring key communications and actions continue to progress appropriately.
  • Administrative Oversight: Manage correspondence and records with accuracy and confidentiality, ensuring smooth and timely information flow.
  • Project Support: Provide administrative support to organisational projects by updating task lists, scheduling actions, and following up with colleagues to help ensure tasks are completed on time. Maintain attention to detail when monitoring tasks and tracking deadlines to keep information organised and up to date.
  • Meeting Logistics: Coordinate room bookings, venues, facilities, equipment, and refreshments to support smooth delivery of meetings and organisational events. Oversee office refreshments and supplies to maintain a welcoming and well‑stocked environment. Organise refreshments for meetings and events.
  • Draft, proofread and format reports and basic correspondence, meeting notes, and other documents for the CEO, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and a professional tone.

This role would suit an experienced, resilient and highly effective EA or PA with great attention to detail.

The salary on offer for this role is up to £55,000 plus benefits.

Hybrid working is offered after successful completion of probationary period.
