Executive Assistant – Private Equity
Location: Mayfair, London (Hybrid: 4 days office, 1 day remote)
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum benefits

A prestigious Private Equity firm in Mayfair is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to provide first-class support to a team of Managing Directors and Bankers. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced EA to step into a high-profile role at the heart of a fast-paced, dynamic financial environment.

Your organisational expertise, discretion, and ability to anticipate needs will be central to ensuring the smooth running of daily operations at senior level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage complex and demanding diaries, prioritising with accuracy.
  • Coordinate international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Process expenses promptly and in line with company policy.
  • Organise and support high-level meetings, events, and corporate functions.
  • Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and ensure seamless follow-up on actions.
  • Act as a trusted gatekeeper, handling communications with professionalism and discretion.
  • Provide wide-ranging administrative support, including ad hoc projects.
