Leeds area (office-based, with some UK travel)

£35–£40k DOE + Benefits

We are supporting a growing entertainment and live events company in their search for an Executive Assistant / Operations Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, supporting both day-to-day operations and admin for live event production in a fast-paced, creative environment.

The Role
  • Provide high-level EA support to senior leadership, including complex diary management, travel arrangements, and prioritising communications.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal teams, external clients, promoters, and vendors.
  • Assist with live event production, including coordinating tour managers, technical riders, venue logistics, and hospitality.
  • Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and follow up on actions.
  • Manage confidential information and sensitive documents with discretion.
  • Oversee expenses, invoices, and basic budget tracking.
  • Identify efficiencies, anticipate needs, and help senior leadership manage competing priorities.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives, ideally within entertainment, live events, or production.
  • Hands-on experience with tour management, event logistics, or production coordination is a strong advantage.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities under pressure.
  • Comfortable with tech-heavy workflows, including Microsoft Office systems.
  • Confident handling diary management, travel bookings, and internal / external communications.
  • Experience liaising with teams, clients, and vendors professionally and proactively.
  • Discreet, professional, and able to handle sensitive information.
  • Positive, solutions-focused, and adaptable to a fast-moving creative environment.
