A newly created Executive Assistant role to provide support to four Directors within this leading, global private equity firm.

We are looking for a proactive, emotionally intelligent Executive Assistant with minimum of five years’ experience gained within the private equity industry – someone confident operating with discretion and efficiency in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. You’ll be joining a collaborative and supportive EA team that takes pride in excellence.

Key Responsibilities-
  • Manage complex, multi-time-zone diary coordination and scheduling
  • Organise frequent complex domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Process expenses and support with document and presentation preparation
  • Handle confidential materials, including business critical documents and agreements
Ideal Candidate Profile-
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives in private equity
  • Strong organisational, time-management, and prioritisation skills
