Job summary

A leading sustainability consultancy is seeking an experienced C-Suite Executive Assistant to support the Group CEO and Board members. Job description
Overview

Location: Remote, with willingness to travel around the UK if needed (e.g., to our London office for occasional meetings/events). We are seeking a highly experienced, dynamic, and professional C-Suite Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Group CEO and other Board members at this time of growth for our sustainability business. You will deliver personalised, timely assistance to the CEO, acting as a trusted gatekeeper and main point of contact, and managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner. Responsibilities extend beyond traditional PA duties to include comprehensive diary management, complex travel arrangements, supporting internal CEO communications, and organising meetings and events. You will also provide support to our Anthesis Board, including our Co-Founder and Chair, focusing on monthly Board meeting preparation. To be successful, you should be well-organised, discreet, experienced in handling highly confidential data, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities
  • Gatekeeper and manager of Group CEO diary
  • Board meeting support for the Chair and ExCo Board members, including Board pack collation and handling highly confidential data
  • Organisation of meetings and events for the CEO, including with internal stakeholders and clients (invite management, venue booking, tech support, etc.)
  • Booking of travel and hotels in line with the Sustainable Travel Policy
  • Creation of high-quality documents, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations
  • Expenses and NetSuite delegate duties
  • Administrative duties, including data management of leadership teams
  • Ad hoc support on business activities as required
Qualifications
  • Experience of assisting at Executive / C-Suite level (essential)
  • Advanced diary management skills including managing schedules across multiple time zones
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience of managing complex travel itineraries
  • Tech savvy; excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Teams, etc.) and comfortable with operating in a paperless, digital environment
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to act independently without extensive guidance
  • Desirable: Event management experience
  • Resourceful with a network of suitable experts and suppliers
  • Experience in creating high-quality documents, including PowerPoint presentations
