About the Role

We are transforming how Digital and Technology (D&T) works across our business, and we need an Executive Assistant who brings drive, curiosity, and brilliant organisation. You will work closely with our CTO and the Digital and Technology leadership team, acting as the connector who keeps priorities on track and operations running smoothly. This role is fast paced and varied. One moment you might be preparing a leadership workshop, the next simplifying processes or helping unblock a decision.

If you enjoy making things happen, building strong relationships, and helping to drive change, you will thrive here.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the CTO's trusted partner. Provide proactive executive and administrative support to the CTO and leadership team.
  • Own the schedule. Manage calendars, travel, meetings, and correspondence with accuracy and pace.
  • Set us up for success. Prepare agendas, materials, actions, and follow ups for meetings, workshops, and offsites.
  • Build relationships. Connect with stakeholders across the business, partners, and suppliers.
  • Protect confidentiality. Handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion at all times.
  • Keep us financially tidy. Track expenses, budgets, approvals, and documentation.
  • Bring people together. Plan and coordinate events, team days, and leadership offsites.
  • Make ideas real. Take ownership of ad hoc projects and help move them from discussion to action.
  • Embrace tech. Use digital tools to improve effectiveness and streamline the CTO's operations.
About You

You are experienced in supporting senior leaders in a pacey environment and you love creating order, clarity, and momentum. You bring initiative, and a calm presence.

  • Connector: Builds trusted relationships quickly.
  • Gatekeeper: Protects time, focus, and prioritises.
  • Organiser: Plans ahead, anticipates needs, and keeps everything moving.
  • Confidante: Reads the room, understands context, and handles sensitive matters with discretion.
  • Culture Carrier: Reflects our tone, values, and the energy of the Digital and Technology function.
  • Tech savvy and curious: Confident using Microsoft 365, Teams, and collaboration tools, with a willingness to learn and try new technology.
  • Proactive and resourceful: Spots what needs doing and acts accordingly.
  • Positive and engaging: Brings energy and a sense of fun.
Why Join Us?

You will be key member of the D&T team working closely with the CTO and the leadership team to help shape and drive our transformation agenda. You will have exposure to strategic conversations, influence how we operate, and play a vital part in helping Digital and Technology deliver impact across the business.

If you want a role where every day is different, where your work genuinely matters, and where you will grow alongside a team that is ambitious and supportive, we would love to hear from you.
