Responsibilities

- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing queries efficiently.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expenses in line with company policies.
- Maintain and update records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support the planning and delivery of events, meetings, and projects as required.
- Monitor and prioritise incoming communications, ensuring timely responses where needed.
- Provide ad-hoc support to other departments within the organisation when necessary.
Profile
- A successful Executive Assistant should have:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role within a professional setting.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanour.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Experience working within the Not For Profit sector is desirable but not essential.
Job Offer
