Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including diary management and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing queries efficiently.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expenses in line with company policies.
  • Maintain and update records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Support the planning and delivery of events, meetings, and projects as required.
  • Monitor and prioritise incoming communications, ensuring timely responses where needed.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to other departments within the organisation when necessary.
Profile
  • A successful Executive Assistant should have:

Job Offer
