Job Description
Duties of the Executive Assistant:
Provide top-tier administrative support to senior executives
Coordinate meetings, calendars and schedules
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
Handle confidential documents and information discreetly
Facilitate communication between executives and internal departments
Conduct research and prepare briefs for executives
Manage travel arrangements and expense reports
Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office
The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
Relevant secretarial and business support education or qualification
Experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
