Join a fast-growing, high-energy advisory firm right in the heart of the City, working from stunning offices and supporting two dynamic Co-Founders. As their Executive Assistant, you’ll be at the centre of everything—keeping the wheels turning, the schedules flowing, and the momentum.

If you love pace, variety, and solving problems before they even appear, this role is your playground. You’ll bring order to the chaos, keep our leaders firing on all cylinders, and help shape the heartbeat of the business.

What You’ll Be Up To
  • Masterfully managing diaries, inboxes, and ad-hoc travel for both Founders.
  • Staying one step ahead—anticipating needs, juggling shifting priorities, and embracing change like a pro.
  • Planning and coordinating meetings, prepping slick briefing packs, and making sure the Founders are always set up for success.
  • Acting as the go-to link between the Founders and internal/external stakeholders with confidence and total discretion.
  • Driving follow-ups and actions to keep key initiatives moving at speed.
  • Pitching in with project coordination, internal communications, and ad-hoc research.
  • Handling expenses, approvals, and admin with impressive efficiency.
  • Helping organise company events and leadership off-sites.
  • Offering occasional out-of-hours support for urgent matters.
  • Jumping in with office, equipment, and ops management when needed.
About You
  • You’ve supported senior leaders or founders in fast-paced, high-growth environments—and you loved it.
  • A natural problem-solver with creative ideas and a “there’s always a better way” mindset.
  • Calm, collected, organised, and detail-obsessed—even when things get hectic.
  • A confident communicator who earns trust quickly and handles sensitive info like a vault.
  • Tech-savvy across Microsoft Teams, Zoom, PowerPoint, Excel, and more.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and known for getting things done—quickly and brilliantly.
