Overview

Leading Professional Services firm seek an experienced Executive Assistant to support Partners and Directors.

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to Audit Partners and Directors, as well as ad hoc support to the wider Audit team. This role is pivotal in managing complex schedules, coordinating client deliverables and ensuring seamless operations at a senior level. The EA acts as a trusted liaison between leadership, clients and internal teams, enabling senior stakeholders to focus on strategic priorities and relationships.

Core Duties
  • Managing complex calendars for senior leaders, preparing briefing packs and presentations, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling confidential information with professionalism.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for high-profile client communications, supporting engagement processes, and organising client events and networking opportunities.
  • Tracking key audit engagement milestones, liaising with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of documentation, and supporting billing and financial reporting.
  • Ensuring adherence to firm policies and regulatory requirements while assisting with internal quality reviews and partner-level reporting.
  • Acting as a central communication hub for leadership, driving alignment across teams, and supporting strategic initiatives and corporate responsibility projects.
