About the Role

As Executive Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Group Managing Director and Senior Leadership team. This is a varied and fast-paced position where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing diaries, organising meetings, and handling general administration.
  • Screening calls, emails, and enquiries, responding where appropriate.
  • Preparing correspondence and liaising with customers on behalf of the Group Managing Director.
  • Coordinating monthly meetings, including agendas, room bookings, catering and welcoming visitors.
  • Tracking outstanding actions for the Group Managing Director and arranging follow-up meetings with senior leaders.

Planning and delivering events such as our annual employee awards (c.120 attendees), corporate hospitality and other offsite activities.
