A leading multinational FMCG, home to some of the worlds most renowned brands, are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support two members of the Senior Leadership Team.

This busy, fast-paced position is an ideal opportunity for a talented Executive Assistant to act as a true right-hand support. You’ll bring extensive experience, ideally within a plc environment, along with outstanding planning and organisational skills to manage complex diaries and logistics while supporting firmwide projects and initiatives.

A fantastic opportunity for an accomplished Executive Assistant looking to build a strong trust-based partnership with their Executives. You’ll work proactively to anticipate needs, act as a sounding board and keep things moving behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted first point of contact and gatekeeper for two busy and demanding Executives.
  • Provide full executive support, including complex diary, travel and meeting management.
  • Prepare and manage reports, presentations, correspondence and filing systems.
  • Coordinate team communications, reporting, meetings, events and training.
  • Proactively streamline processes, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to promote positive change.
Candidate Profile
  • At least 5 years’ experience as an EA, ideally gained within a plc environment.
  • Tech-savvy, with strong knowledge of modern systems and tools to drive efficiency.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Diplomatic and confident in dealing with senior stakeholders, with excellent communication skills.
  • Professional, discreet, and experienced in handling confidential information.
  • Positive, proactive and collaborative, with a solutions-focused mindset.
