Overview

We are currently engaged in a confidential search on behalf of a high-profile entrepreneurial (and super warm, nice and creative!) family based in Central London. We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide first class business and private support at the UHNW level on aone-year fixed-term contract covering maternity leave.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a polished, proactive and highly discreet EA with prior Family Office experience. You will be supporting two Principals, along with their wider family - across a broad range of both business and personal matters.

The role is based in beautifully designed offices in the West End, working alongside a dynamic and fast-paced team. The ideal EA will be highly organised, adaptable and confident in managing multiple priorities in a demanding yet rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full diary management and forward planning for both Principals
  • Coordinating national and international travel arrangements and producing detailed itineraries
  • Organising meetings, lunches, dinners, and family-related events
  • Managing and reconciling credit cards and processing personal bills
  • Handling ad hoc private tasks including errands, appointments, and household liaison
  • Supporting with Trust-owned property management (liaising with builders, suppliers, maintenance teams)
  • Preparing correspondence, drafting documents, and minute-taking
  • Research, project support, and general administrative duties
  • Acting as the gatekeeper and primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
  • Ideally 5+ years’ experience supporting senior figures in a Family Office or UHNW environment
  • Strong administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Utterly professional, discreet, and reliable with excellent judgement
  • A confident communicator, both written and verbal, with flawless grammar
  • Resilient, unflappable, and able to multitask at pace
  • Warm, personable, and proactive with a collaborative, team-first approach
  • High proficiency in MS Office and general tech-savviness
