We’re on the lookout for a brilliant, experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO, CFO, and COO of Octopus Energy Services. You’ll be the steady hand that keeps our leadership team running smoothly - calm under pressure, super organised and can spin many plates.

You’ll be working in Brighton at the heart of Octopus Energy Services, handling fast-moving priorities, confidential information, and busy, ever-shifting calendars - all while bringing your own spark to how things get done.


What you'll do
  • Be the trusted right hand for our CEO CFO, and COO - owning diaries, inboxes, and logistics
  • Manage meeting prep, briefing docs, follow-ups and actions
  • Keep travel smooth and stress-free
  • Be a voice of calm and clarity in a world of competing priorities
  • Help steer internal comms, team rituals, celebrations, and leadership offsites
  • Bring fresh ideas to how we organise our chaos
  • Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion
  • Be the go-to for getting things done and making things better
  • Support the leaders to become more accessible to the organisation as opposed to a barrier to it
Who you'll be
  • Experience as an EA to C-Suite senior leaders, ideally in a scale-up, startup or super-fast environment
  • Ridiculously good organisational skills
  • The ability to multi-task comes naturally to you
  • Ability to build relationships quickly - Listens to not only what the senior leader needs, but also what they are not saying and can challenge their way of thinking sometimes
  • The ability to work incredibly independently as well as being an epic team player
  • Resilient and calm- you roll with the punches and still get it done
  • You are proactive by nature and look to fix things before they become problems
  • A sharp eye for detail and a love for process (without being too rigid)
  • A love for mission-driven work and a can-do, sleeves-rolled-up attitude
  • You’ve got great emotional intelligence and the confidence to be a thoughtful challenger - offering support, honest feedback, and sound judgement to our leadership team.

This is a full time office-based role in Brighton.
