Overview

Executive Administrator | 8789 | Temporary Contract/Secondment Opportunity until 31st July 2026 | 37 hours per week | £25,584 to £27,269 per annum | Scale E | County Hall

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual with exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for detail to provide Executive Administrator support to our Senior Leaders (our senior leader roles include Departmental Directors and Assistant Directors).

You will demonstrate confidence and excel at multi-tasking, enjoy engaging with people, and possess the ability and skills to forward plan busy work schedules and deliver outstanding customer service in all aspects of the role.

You will receive full support from experienced managers and colleagues and a personalised training programme.
