Overview

Join us as an Events Operations Assistant Manager at Coworth Park, recently recognised as one of The Sunday Times Top 10 Best Places to Work for in 2025. In this role you will help our Events teams deliver exceptional service across 240 acres of parkland for guests dining in rooms, social and corporate events or picnics.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Events Operations Manager in leading and coaching the Events teams to provide service excellence.
  • Support the smooth running of both departments throughout the day to deliver the best guest experience.
  • Coordinate and plan the guest's stay, working with all departments to create a memorable experience.
  • Communicate with other departments and the extended hotel team to ensure alignment and seamless operations.
  • Act as a senior member of the Events team, responsible for staff welfare, morale, annual performance reviews and training.
  • Represent the Hotel’s Vision, Values and culture as an ambassador in all interactions.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and consistency in a fast-moving environment.
Qualifications
  • Native-level English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in a luxury 5‑star hotel.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience.
