Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, theres a kids club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a hosted home, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

Role Overview

As Events and Groups Executive you will be an integral part of our Events team, helping to create and oversee events and celebrations for our members and guests. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end guest journey for mid-size events and groups, as well as converting potential Events and Group enquiries into confirmed bookings. The role will require intuitive service with a clear understanding of our member and guest needs and a drive to create exceptional experiences that result in lasting memories.

Who we are looking for?
  • Ideally, at least two years previous experience planning events within a luxury brand.
  • Experience with dealing with groups in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Someone who takes responsibility and initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas with creative thinking.
