A luxury hotel group in Eastbourne is seeking an Events Co-Ordinator to manage sales enquiries for weddings and social functions. The role involves building customer relationships and producing event proposals and contracts. Ideal candidates should have experience in an events role, excellent communication skills, and a sales-focused mindset. This position offers 33.5 hours of work per week and includes various benefits.
The Events Co-Ordinator will deal proactively with all sales enquiries including weddings, social functions and conferences, ensuring conversion of these. You will meet and build relationships with customers, produce event proposals, contracts and invoices as required, taking ownership of projects and seeing them through to execution. Working as part of a team, you must have excellent organisational skills and the ability to work across a range of departments to ensure continuity of service for the customer.
Hours of work are 33.5hrs per week, working five days over seven.
