Details

We’re looking for a highly organised, energetic, and social individual to join Freddie’s Flowers Sales Management Team in Bristol. This is a dynamic role at the heart of our growth, combining day‑to‑day operations with canvasser recruitment, and team‑building.

As part of the Sales Management Team, you’ll ensure our face‑to‑face sales shifts run smoothly and efficiently, working closely with the Sales Development Lead and Event Coordinator to keep everything on track. You’ll also take full ownership of our canvasser recruitment pipeline - sourcing, interviewing, and hiring brilliant new people to join the Freddie’s Flowers F2F team.

This isn’t a desk‑only role - you’ll be out and about, talking to people, sharing what makes us special, and bringing in the right people to help us grow.

MUST BE BRISTOL BASED

£30K Base - OTE £33K

  • Oversee the daily operational and administrative tasks of the sales team, ensuring shifts run seamlessly.
  • Work closely with canvassers, assigning locations, managing rotas, and ensuring all necessary materials are in place for a successful day of selling.
  • Being a first point of contact for Brand Ambassadors with anything logistic / shift related.
  • Act as an empathetic, approachable figure for the team - someone canvassers can talk to, seek guidance from, and rely on for understanding and encouragement.
  • Help maintain a positive team culture by taking canvassers out for team socials, fostering connection, motivation, and morale.
  • Proactively sourcing amazing new team members across Bristol and beyond.
  • Posting and sharing job roles on social media and online to drive applications.
  • Tapping into your network - chatting with friends, contacts and potential candidates with energy and enthusiasm.
  • Calling, screening, and onboarding new applicants.
  • Keeping track of your outreach, applications, and progress to ensure our recruitment pipeline is managed excellently.
  • Occasional weekend work will be required.
Requirements
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and able to work independently
