Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience, including supervisory or management responsibility.
• Good working knowledge of COSHH, Health & Safety regulations, and professional cleaning practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable, organised, and confident leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all aspects of the evening cleaning service.
• Allocate work to the cleaning team efficiently.
• Order cleaning materials in accordance with company procedures.
• Monitor the condition of cleaning equipment.
• Report equipment faults and ensure safe equipment usage.
• Ensure compliance with company and client policies.
• Identify and report health and safety hazards.
• Uphold a duty of care for the health and safety of everyone around.
