Responsibilities

• Manage the health & safety of all staff and visitors.
• Ensure all corridors are clear and means of fire escape are maintained.
• Conduct regular patrols of the Gasyard Centre and grounds.
• Collaborate with team members for smooth operations of programmes.

Skills

Health & Safety awareness in the workplace

Basic literacy and numeracy skills

Minor maintenance experience

Understanding of the community and voluntary sector

Knowledge of Building Regulations and construction

Previous experience in porterage and facilities caretaking
