A leading HR services provider in Nottingham is seeking a detail-oriented HR & Payroll Coordinator to manage payroll coordination and HR operations across Europe. The ideal candidate will be responsible for payroll administration, recruitment coordination, and supporting day-to-day HR tasks while ensuring compliance with policies. The position requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, along with a commitment to on-site work five days a week.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HR administration.
  • Experience coordinating monthly payroll with an external provider.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate payroll inputs, ensuring accurate processing with external provider.
  • Administer pension scheme activities and HR administrative tasks.
  • Support recruitment processes and manage onboarding/offboarding procedures.
