Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of end user services like desktop management and MDM.
• Serve as the primary EUC contact for IT and business stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on service performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain the EUC technology roadmap.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Coordinate resolution of high-impact EUC incidents.
• Oversee deployment of updates and new technologies.
• Support end-user enablement initiatives.
• Provide leadership and guidance to EUC engineers.
