Qualifications

• Estimating experience with a regional or main contractor is essential.
• Must be able to work to deadlines and manage multiple tenders.
• Experience across refurbishment and new-build will be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
• Producing cost plans, estimates and BOQs for a range of schemes.
• Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers for quotation analysis.
• Supporting value engineering and commercial risk assessments.
• Preparing tender submissions and pricing breakdowns.
• Working alongside operational and commercial teams.
