The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing accurate and competitive tenders, cost plans, and budgets for groundworks and civil engineering projects. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and the ability to liaise effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
