Estimator – Fire Protection

A leading London-based fire protection contractor is seeking an experienced Estimator to join their expanding team near Liverpool Street.

The business delivers passive fire protection packages across major commercial, aviation, and infrastructure projects throughout London, focusing on intumescent coatings, compartmentation, and fire-stopping systems.

The Estimator’s Role

Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the Estimator will manage the full tender process — from pricing and material take-offs to supplier engagement and submission preparation.

You’ll work on a diverse portfolio of commercial and infrastructure projects, helping secure new business and ensuring competitive, accurate tenders.

The Fire Protection Estimator

• Proven background in estimating passive fire protection projects
• Experience pricing intumescent coatings, fire stopping, and compartmentation systems
• Strong technical understanding and ability to interpret engineering drawings
• Previous experience with a specialist subcontractor preferredExcellent communication and organisational skills
