BRICKWORK & BLOCKWORK ESTIMATOR

Location: South Woodham Ferrers

Salary & Package: £55,000 to £80,000 - Negotiable based on experience

The company are a major player in the brick and blockwork sector. With a £25M pa turnover The market is up and the demand for top quality brick & blockwork higher than ever, they are looking for an experienced Estimator to lead their tendering process and secure new projects.

As an Estimator, you will play a key role in shaping the company.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking full charge of all tenders - from initial take-offs and pricing BoQs to final submission.
• Leading contract negotiations - securing new projects that align with their expertise.
• Providing commercial insight - helping directors make strategic business decisions.

• A trusted name in the brick & blockwork sector.
• Projects ranging from £250,000 into millions.
• Work closely with directors.

What They're Looking For:

• Proven Estimator experience in brick & blockwork.
• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of securing profitable projects.
• Excellent client-facing & negotiation skills - confident in relationship building.
• Ability to lead all aspects of pre-construction & tendering.
• Knowledge of London's construction and key industry players.
