PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
Work within the estimating team to create quotations for main contractors, sub-contractors and merchants for pre-hung doorsets. Full product & role training will be given.

40 hrs Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES
- Evaluate architects drawings to create a quotation schedule.
- Check all products against technical information including fire certificates & data sheets.
- Cost project based on information received on a project by project basis.
- Ensure all quotations are accurately entered into our CRM system and create job folders.
- Support handover meetings with the contracts team once orders are won.
- Adhoc admin tasks to support the office and team.
- Comply with Health and Safety responsibilities.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- A minimum of 3 GCSE's (or equivalent) at grade C or above, including Maths and English.
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Experience working with architectural drawings is essential.
- Excellent working knowledge with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft software.
- Knowledge or background within the joinery/doorset industry is essential.
