Job Role

Responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for projects across earthworks, civils, and demolition. This role involves analysing drawings, specifications, and tender documents, liaising with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensuring competitive, realistic pricing. The Estimator works closely with project teams to identify risks, opportunities, and value engineering solutions, supporting successful bids and tenders.
