Qualifications

• General construction experience is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and familiar with inspector guidelines and safety precautions.

• Generates preliminary construction schedule.
• Establishes and maintains subcontractor and vendor relationships.
• Communicates with team and trade partners on new projects.
• Analyzes data and produces forecasts.
• Reviews progress and prepares periodic reports for management.
• Performs risk analysis.
