Are you a self starting, motivated Estimator or Estimating Manager from a Modular background looking to join an internationally‑renowned unique manufacturer and service provider in a highly autonomous role, where you will have the authority and scope to take control of estimating, cost and planning based processes and technically diverse commercial construction/ modular projects?

The company are at the forefront of their specialist industry, with factories across the globe, and due to a recent internal promotion and continual growth, they are looking for a new leader to come into the company with the authority and autonomy to directly impact the companies estimating related processes, projects and day to day operations.

Within this pivotal role, you will have responsibility for cost plans, cost estimates and technical compliance predominantly across Modular projects. Working closely with the wider Commercial and Pre‑Construction teams encompassing business development, bid management, design management, sales leads and other stakeholders within the business to formulate the most economical and robust response to opportunities. Candidates with Construction or Modular Estimating and Compliance Leadership experience are encouraged to apply.

• Strong background in Construction or Modular
